This is a preorder item. Production begins once preorder closes. Estimated shipping 10-14 days once order is confirmed.

  • Due to the custom nature of our products (including glitter blends, DTF prints, and sublimation items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item you received is:

    • Defective

    • Damaged upon arrival

    • Significantly different from what was ordered

    To qualify for a return or replacement:

    • You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

    • Provide photos of the item and packaging to support your claim.

    • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

    If your claim is approved, we will either:

    • Issue a store credit

    • Send a replacement item at no additional cost

    We cannot accept returns for:

    • Incorrect sizes or colors selected by the customer

    • Changes in design after the order is placed

    • Uploaded designs that do not meet resolution or formatting guidelines

    Order Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production has already begun. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.

    Shipping Issues

    We are not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by the carrier

    • Lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier
